No forms on this site. This site has no contact or booking form. When you open the Assistant, your request is handled by the central Dr Handyman Service scheduling system and reception team.

Information you provide to the Assistant. Typically your name, phone number, service address and a description of the repair, plus any photos you choose to share. It is used to quote, schedule and complete your service visit, and to contact you about that visit.

Phone calls. If you call (305) 360-0342, our reception team records the details needed to dispatch a technician.

We do not sell your information. Details are shared only with the technician and dispatch staff working on your job, or where required by law.

Site analytics. Standard hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) may be recorded to keep the site secure and working correctly.

Your choices. To ask what information we hold about your service history, or to request its deletion, call (305) 360-0342.

Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
