Process
From request to finished repair

Tell us what's broken
Open the Assistant and describe the repairs. Photos help; a rough list is enough to start. You can also call (305) 360-0342.
- Step 2
Scope and time review
Dispatch reviews the list, flags anything that needs a specialty trade, and estimates how much time the visit will take.
- Step 3
Confirmed window
You get a specific arrival window rather than an all-day guess, plus a heads-up when the technician is en route.
- Step 4
Approval before work
The technician confirms the plan and price on site. Anything outside the original list is quoted before it starts.
- Step 5
Repair and clean-up
Work is finished properly — patched, sanded, sealed, tested — and the work area is cleaned before we leave.
- Step 6
Walkthrough and follow-up
We walk the finished work with you. If something isn't right, call and dispatch schedules a return.
