Using this site means accepting the terms below. They cover information accuracy, estimates, scheduling and scope of work.
Terms
The essentials
Informational content. Descriptions of services, coverage areas and process are provided for general information. They are not a binding quote or a guarantee of availability.
Estimates and scope. Pricing depends on the actual condition, access and materials at your property. Work is confirmed with you before it begins, and additional work is quoted separately.
Scheduling. Requests submitted through the Assistant are booking requests. A visit is only confirmed once our dispatch team confirms a window with you. If the Assistant is unavailable, nothing has been booked — please call (305) 360-0342.
Licensed trades. Handyman work excludes tasks requiring a specialty license or permit. Where a job falls outside handyman scope, we will tell you rather than perform the work.
Photos. Before-and-after images illustrate typical repair work of the kind described. Results vary by property and condition.
Intellectual property. The Dr Handyman Service name, site content and images may not be reproduced without permission.
